New Patients

Scheduling your first appointment: Please call or email our office and one of our new patient coordinators will be happy to assist you.

Patient Amenities:

After you arrive at our office, sit back as you enjoy the ambiance of our fireplace as well as a complimentary warm gourmet coffee beverage or bottled water.  Feel free to bring your iPod/CD player to all appointments if you like. Several days per week you will be able to enjoy a complimentary massage by our licensed massage therapist.  During your appointment they provide hand and foot massages and once your appointment is complete offer a neck and back massage if you desire.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy!  It's on us!

Your First Visit:

Upon your arrival we will sit and discuss your desired outcome, any pertinent medical and dental histories, the idea of a lifetime strategy for dental health, and any questions or concerns you might have.

After our discussion we will do a thorough examination of your mouth and surrounding structures. We will check the soft tissue in your mouth (oral cancer exam), check your bite, teeth, gums, and jaw joint. We will also take any necessary x-rays and photographs. You will view a tour of your mouth using our state of the art intra-oral camera. Our patients love being able to watch their intra-oral tour as it is displayed on our 40 inch flatscreen TVs. Occasionally dental impressions may be taken for study models.

Preventive Care Visits:

It is our joint responsibility to see that follow up preventive care is done on a regular basis. Many patients choose to schedule their next visit before they leave. We consider this a confirmed appointment. Please call us 48 hours in advance if you must change the time we have reserved for you.

Occasionally, dental emergencies do occur. When they do, please contact the office immediately as we always make time available to treat your emergency as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

When you make your appointment, the time we set aside for you is your time only. We see our patients individually and value your time and dislike keeping you waiting. We ask that you also respect our time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 2 business days in advance. A nominal fee may be charged to your account if this notice is not given.

Financing Options:

We currently offer third party financing to our patients through an excellent company name CareCredit. Visit their website for more information about CareCredit.

We also have some in-house payment plans available for those patients that qualify.

We also accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Membership Program:

We now offer our very own dental membership plan that covers all your preventative care and gives you discounts on other procedures. It is a simple and budget-friendly dental plan offered directly from our practice – so you can access the care you want and deserve.

As an uninsured patient, this plan is perfect for you. This plan is also ideal if you self-fun your dental care, do not receive dental benefits from your employer, or are retired and no longer have dental coverage.

 Here’s how it works:

You can pay for your membership on a monthly or yearly basis, and the plan will include:

Professional cleanings

  • Regular exams
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Routine X-rays
  • 1 Emergency Exam

Plus, your plan includes 10% off additional services.

Sign up today by visiting our membership plan site (CLICK HERE), OR you can sign up online by going to and typing in our office code XG3H. Once enrolled, you can use your membership plan right away.

What else should you know about the membership plan?

  • Our membership plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can receive a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if no benefits of the plan have been used. Refunds after 30 days will be at the discretion of our practice.
  • Payment for any treatment(s) not included in the membership plan is due at the time of service.

  • Our membership plan does not cover the following procedures completed at our practice:
    • Orthodontics such as comprehensive orthodontic treatment and appliance therapy (CDT Code D8000-D8999)
    • Adjunctive General Services such as anesthesia (CDT codes D9000-D9999)
  • Our membership plan does not cover procedures completed by specialists and dentists outside our practice.

Dental Insurance:

We accept most major dental insurance plans that allow for “out of network” benefits and our patient coordinators will submit claims on your behalf. We are not contracted with any dental insurance company, we recommend you contact your insurance provider to determine whether your plan allows for you to go “out of network.” If you plan does allow this, then our patient coordinators will only need a copy of your insurance card to get further information from your insurance company. Not every insurance plan is the same and many companies only give estimates on what they will for services before they are complete. We do our best to give honest and fair approximations based on information given to us by your insurance company. Please call our office if you have any specific questions regarding your benefits at (630) 963-67500.

***We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or any HMO plans.***
